WEEKLY CHALLENGE
I’m going to keep this short, just like the working week. This week’s challenge is simple and necessary; get outside everyday for at least 20 minutes. Fresh air and Vitamin D are essential to surviving these shelter-in-place orders and I notice such a difference when I am able to enjoy the great outdoors. Even a 20 minute walk around my neighborhood can turn a potential bad day into a good one.
The weather has been warming up here in LA and I am going to take advantage before it starts to get too hot. The beautiful weather coupled with the newly opened beaches and trails has me excited to explore locally. I plan to take my pup Benji on hikes and beach strolls this week and throughout the weekend. I encourage you all to do the same!
